KA9Q FTN version 2.16/1.1

    The KA9Q_FTN package is a DOS based application to provide access to
    the Internet via a dial up SLIP or PPP connection through a local
    host provider.

    This version has been modified to allow for unattended, automatic
    FTP transfers of Fidonet mail and files via George Peace's FTP_BONE
    service, and as such, can be executed as an external event from most
    front-end mailers.

    New features added to this version:

    'lcd' command added to FTP session to allow changing local
            directories
    'ftpopt ftnmode on|off' config option added.  This verb causes
        local outbound files to be deleted after successful transfers
        and deletes partially received local files should a transfer
        error occur.
    Miscellaneous log file items added:
        outbound files are now logged
        transfer stats logged
        blank line inserted between sessions in log file
